How we work

Over the years we have developed a structured project process that has proven extremely useful to manage Sage ERP software implementations of every size and shape imaginable.

The process begins with a clear concise project charter, detailing critical functionality, key success factors, a project scoping schedule and an estimated implementation timetable.

This project charter evolves into a detailed project plan projecting the schedule for setup and build, and specifying the systems configuration decided upon during the scoping process.

Once the software is up and running, the project enters the user acceptance testing phase to iron out any wrinkles and then it moves into the end user training phase and, finally, go live.
